Woohoo...

Of course we can't forget our Signature Expression Bears!

My Friendship Kokeshi Dolls & Princesses also not to be missed

Tiny cars keychains for the boys...

Car plushies & airplane plushies...

I made new items this round...namecard holders, iPad mini pouch...

3D coasters...we have the flower ones, then Swiss roll cake & cookies ones as well...

Hair accessories are new too!

Oh, I even made the clay version of my Crocjet collection...hahaha...

Entire setup is done!

This year, I've got little helper! Yeap! Constantine helped out this time!

This time, to be honest...I wanted to make more fairies & princesses but I've got not enough time!!! They simply took too long to complete & I couldn't complete them in time for the bazaar as I was busy managing 2 craft centers...😭😭😭

I made a promise to myself that the next Xmas Bazaar, I will have more fairies & princesses! I promise! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

And, the Magic Nuudles series...the objective of bringing the Magic Nuudles is to introduce the product to the market & the best way is to do it in schools!

1st Media Coverage

Yay! We are featured in the media!

This is the 1st media interview for us, so it is super special! And since this is my 1st interview since I left the corporate world, it made me super nervous as well...

All in all, it went well...many thanks to the editor, Ms Brigitte Rozario for the coverage!

Hope more to come...

Garden in a Jar

It's the end of an academic year for Christopher. Based on our family 'tradition' (we only started this tradition when Constantine started school), every year end we will prepare some goodies for classmates & teachers, to wish them a very happy holiday & thank them for everything that they have done...

You may want to read on the previous year end goodies we have prepared for Constantine here:
Flower Power, 2011
Since this is Christopher's 1st year in school, he got all excited about the year end party, which is on 21st Nov. Which means, the mommy will be extremely busy preparing the party packs for his class mates & teachers.

For his classmates, I will usually prepare the normal school kit like pencil case, pencils, eraser, etc plus some food items. Pretty standard. I will only prepare something unique next year for the graduation...:)

But for the teachers, I handmade the presents. This time, I try something new...it is still crochet, it is still Rose flowers, but it will be in a mason jar...:)

Here's what I prepared...6 for female teachers...oh, just so you know, there is no repetition in colours...:)

This bigger jar with 3 Roses & a Butterfly is for his home room teacher...after I finished assembling the flowers in the jar, only I realised I forgot the leaf! LOL...oh well...

This bigger jar with 2 Roses & a Butterfly is for the Principal...

Then the smaller jars are for his other female teachers...smaller jar can be tilted...so it will have 2 options of displaying.

This is for his home room teaching assistant...

This is for his 'favourite' music teacher...

This is for his Mandarin teacher...

This is for his Swimming coach...

And this is for the helper...a stalk of Red Rose...looks good!

Since flowers are not a wise present for male teachers, I made airplanes instead...

This is for his Taekwondo Master...

From this angle, it looks like the plane is taking a left turn...cool huh...

And this is for his Gym teacher...

Ready to take off...

Not too bad, huh?

These are great for decorations & as a paper weight! Best of all, it give me a chance to come up with something that i have never done before...using mason jar...

But honestly, i was kinda regret at 1st because it was very difficult to put everything in...😂

But, I guess it was an experience...

Material used: mason jar, acrylic yarn, glue, artificial grass, japanese beads, toilet roll
Duration of completion: 48 man hours
Experience/Satisfaction level: 😭 can be further improved...flowers need to be smaller...
