Many people do not believe when I started posting my craft works online. They can't seem to relate me...a wild party-goer, a workoholic & a career woman with crafts as they said I only like things fancy & unique...LOL
Well, my passion for crafts started very young...I started with Cross Stitches (that seem to be the easiest craft work for me at that point of time). I remembered seeing my aunt doing it when I was about 10 years old. One day, I happened to get hold of the design, & I went & bought the threads & the rest is history...
I have been doing craftworks on & off...How come I like it? Well...it calms me down, especially I'm not in very good emotional state. Why, u may ask...craft works need alot of patience, so technically I can't be angry while doing it. Of course, apart from craft works, I do other things when I'm emotionally challenged...like shopping, paint my nails...lol...but after awhile, I realised that none of those activities give me much satisfaction like craft works...
The other reason why I like craft work is that I also like things uncommon (and I still do). I hate going to public places & see people wearing the same outfit or shoes or bags or even jewelries...so, by doing all those craft works, I created my own fashion statement...no copycats allowed! LOL
I will be posting my work online (all I need now is a good camera)...
