Woohoo...

2nd time at this school for its Xmas Bazaar! Happy to be back! 😊😊😊
Of course we can't forget our Signature Expression Bears!

My Friendship Kokeshi Dolls & Princesses also not to be missed

Tiny cars keychains for the boys...

Car plushies & airplane plushies...

I made new items this round...namecard holders, iPad mini pouch...

3D coasters...we have the flower ones, then Swiss roll cake & cookies ones as well...

Hair accessories are new too!

Oh, I even made the clay version of my Crocjet collection...hahaha...

Entire setup is done!

This year, I've got little helper! Yeap! Constantine helped out this time!

This time, to be honest...I wanted to make more fairies & princesses but I've got not enough time!!! They simply took too long to complete & I couldn't complete them in time for the bazaar as I was busy managing 2 craft centers...😭😭😭

I made a promise to myself that the next Xmas Bazaar, I will have more fairies & princesses! I promise! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

24th Week of Craft Activity (9th Aug 2015)

School holiday is just around the corner.

We have designed some traditional games for the kids to play! Best part is after they completed the craft, we actually played with them!

1) fishing game is one of our favorite! It is fun & many players can join in if you have enough fishing rods & fishes!

2) checkers is a very popular board game when we were young but kids nowadays don't know what is checkers...I hope after this they will remember how to play this!

3) Tic-Tac-Toe is rather well-known among the kids so you can imagine many knows how to play them well.

4) puzzle time! We have lots of designs for the kids to choose from. And, we cut the pieces according to age too! Younger kids have lesser pieces, older kids will have more pieces to add up the complexity!

5) pairs or pexeso is when you find the card most relevant or associated to other card. In this case, we used Superheroes for boys & Princess for girls! Well, what can I say...of course the kids won most of the time as they grow up watching all these movies!

So...want to have a round of game?

11th Week of Craft Activities (12th April 2015)

On week 11, we introduced Pony Beads Craft for all.

This is a really fun craft & many kids loved them, especially when they get to put their name on it.

We actually personalised the Bag Tag/Bag Charm according to the kids' name!

And, of course...all time favourite characters...

U recongnize all the princesses? :)

Our 1st Ever Xmas Bazaar

Yesterday was our 1st ever Xmas Bazaar & it was held at one of the reputable International Schools in PJ area. I was privileged enough to have the honor to participate in the bazaar.

This is ME at the bazaar venue, setting up the table...:D

When the bazaar started, it was a little overwhelmed as many kids & adults were gathering at the table looking at these...So, these cuties no doubt were my hot seller! I sold most of it...if I knew, I'd made more of these...

I used the flower magnets as part of the decorations for the Friendship Flower Fairies Collection as well as the Party Princesses Collection, Green felt as the grass...lol

Response for Cars were so-so. The big Airplane is not appealing (remind myself to research more on boys version of crochet items), but the airplane keychains & magnets were sellable.

My coasters were my no sale items...note to myself to never EVER make coasters when participating in event relating to kids...:D

Overall, the bazaar is a success for me. Well, I can't compare as I have no experience in bazaar sales before (expect the time that I moonlight for few months for a friend, but I don't do setup. I just sell. The items are not even made by me!)

Lots of lesson learnt...lol

My biggest satisfaction is when all of them (customers & admirers) mentioned that the stuffs are so cute. Of course, not all admirers bought from me as some have budget constraint (they are mostly kids...lol) i have kids coming back & forth looking, playing & admiring the dolls & get frustrated as they didn't have enough cash to buy...some smaller kids were even pestering & 'forcing' the parents to buy...sweet memory...

I'd love to do more bazaar in the future too! :D

Friendship Party Princesses Collection - Bag Charm/Keychain

After completed the plush version of the Friendship Flower Fairies Collection, I am off to make the Party Princesses range.

Basically, these are smaller in size compared to the Friendship Flower Fairies Collection plush, and if you notice, these are without the legs.

One range is similar with the Friendship Flower Fairies Collection, but without the wings. And the other range is in different colour outfit but same designs.

These are the range similar with the Friendship Flower Fairies Collection:

Sue - Front & Back

Alice

Iris

Jo

And these are based on the Seasonal theme:

Sue, in Autumn themed colour

Alice, in Summer themed colour

Iris, in Spring themed colour

Jo, in Winter themed colour

For these 2 collections, I made them into bag charms/keychains...

Can you guess who is who? :D

The Party Princesses with the Original design of Friendship Kokeshi Dolls Collection

I really love the Princesses, don't you? I'm sure I will make more! :D
